Item Description
For the amount of wear after being struck, this coin is probably actually Almost Uncirculated. However, like most '19-S's, the Reverse strike is a bit mushy, with some weakness in the hair on the Bison's head and other areas, although the horn is sharp and "3-D". The Obverse shows good detail although some obvious die stress lines are visible. Better than most I see for the date. The surfaces are slightly dull looking but no signs of an obvious cleaning. The color suggests this may have been recovered from a leather purse, long term storage in which commonly dulls Nickel surfaces. A decent example. Please note that due to value this will require Insured shipping with Signature Confirmation, hence the S&H shown.
