Item Description
Certified PCGS Unc Details, for what they called a "cleaning". Sorry, but that is idiotic compared to some of the other the drek I see get by. At best this coin may have been dipped to remove some toning. There are no obvious signs of what you can call a cleaning - the very few wispy "hairlines" that might be here or there are exactly what you will see on the average mid-grade BU SLQ, and not from any type of abuse. Virtually NO contact marks of any sort and nice bright flashy luster (which is what might have wierded out the graders) set off by a small amount of toning in protected areas. In my professional opinion of close to 40 years of grading coins, easily equivalent to what I see in MS-63 or 64 holders. Be that as it may I understand the typical "hold your nose" attitude of the average buyer when it comes to Details coins, so priced at my cost to move it along. You will just have to make up your own mind about it.
