1924 D Mercury Dime Almost Uncirculated Coin y67

I believe it to be uncleaned. On the reverse there is discoloration, I don't know if it is toning or something has been spilled on it. Looks maybe like ink but just a guess. Thought about using acetone to see if it would lift it but will sell as is and let you decide.
