Dime production at the Philadelphia Mint was just half of what it had been in 1923, but this issue is nonetheless fairly common in overall numbers. Nice examples grading VF through AU are actually rather hard to find, but the good availability of Mint State survivors holds their values in check. Most 1924(P) dimes are reasonably well struck. While the majority lack Full Bands, those having this feature exist in sufficient number to satisfy the demand from advanced collectors.
