Item Description
Choice Extremely Fine, equivalent to a certified XF-45, with a decent strike for a typically mushy date. The Obverse shows slightly "dished" rims as common however the Reverse is very sharp other than right at the base of the fasces with weakness in the Mintmark and "D" of DIME. Old cleaning leaving the surfaces a bit scruffy but obvious luster remaining around the rims. A tough date & grade, discounted for the issues however still worthy of a high-grade circulated set.
