This is a replica of a 1925-D Peace Dollar that is marked 'COPY' on the reverse. The coin has a reeded edge like the standard-issue Mint coin. The Peace Dollar was minted from 1921-1935. However, the Denver Mint did NOT in fact mint ANY dollars in 1925. This specimen is dated 1925 and does display the 'D' mint mark on the reverse. The replica is made of copper with a silver plating and weighs 24.26+/- grams. It is 36.5+/- mm in diameter.
