1927 S Standing Liberty Quarter

Here is a 1927 S Standing Liberty Quarter that certainly has seen the insides of quite a few pockets over the years. Consequently, PCGS has graded it as AG 3. As the photos indicate, the front of the coin, unlike many coins, is perfectly aligned with the reverse. PCGS (September/October 2021) states that an AG 3 coin is worth $35 and USACoinbook warrants that if you were to purchase a G 4 coin at your local dealer you would pay approximately $46. But you can have this graded coin for only $29 (plus shipping).

This item is a part of a liquidation sale currently in progress and is priced to sell. Retirement looms and with no one else in the family interested in this pastime, it is time to find new homes for all of my coins. Please note that other avenues of liquidation are being explored so this particular item may not be around much longer.
