Just got back a recent submission of 34 coins from PCGS - 12 Walkers and 22 Morgans. I am not one to whine over coins being under graded or marked problem coins by PCGS or NGC. In fact I hate people who whine over the grades they got. Ownership adds a point (or 10)

That said, this is a nice evenly circulated coin with a nice patina. Very close to VF. I got a half dozen other Walkers back with VF grades including a 16-D, 19-S, 20-D, 21-S and 23-S and this 28-S is very similar to the ones that came back 20 or 25.

Not sure how PCGS declared this one Cleaned. This 1928-S appears very nice, with a gunmetal brownish circulation tone that's typical of circulated Walkers.

Maybe PCGS declared it cleaned due to being a little glossier than one may expect for this level of circulation wear. It certainly isn't from harsh cleaning or cleaning that would cause hairlines
