This is very nice 1935-F $1 Silver Certificate which is a star note with a low serial number (begins with 2 zeros and serial number is less than 300,000). This note just misses GEM (CU-65) primarily due to the vertical margins being off (left side twice the width of right side on the obverse). All 1935-F $1 Silver Certificates were made during President Eisenhower's second term from 1957-1961.
