1937-D Buffalo Nickel, 3-Legged, 'COPY' Stamped on Reverse

This is a replica of the 1937-D 3-Legged Buffalo Nickel that is marked 'COPY' on the reverse. Due to a stamping error, one of the buffalo's front legs did no stamp complete. It is unknown as to how many 3-legged buffalo nickels were made but they are quite rare. This is a way of owning a replica of this rare coin for educational purposes.
