Item Description
An original mid-grade example of this popular variety/error. Typical surfaces showing a scattering of light marks, but nothing I would call a problem. This variety was not discovered for a few years after minting, so most circulated examples show the rigors of the late Depression and Second World War heavy use in commerce. Guaranteed genuine of course - the salient identifying features are readily evident in my enlarged image (so-called "moth eaten" rear leg and scattering of light "lumps" below the Bison's belly, these caused by die abrasion).
