1937-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar.  Low mintage issue of only 2,090,000 pieces from the famous San Francisco mint.  Extremely Fine-45 Grade.  Original Surfaces that have not been messed with.  The rims are free of any noticeable blemishes.  Some of the original Mint luster is present.   As of this writing, the PCGS Price Guide's value for this date and grade is $70.00.  Grading is subjective.  Please examine the attached photos to formulate your own opinion in regard to grade.
