1940-D Washington Quarter with CONECA Repunched Mintmark RPM #4. Very Fine 30 Grade. On the Variety Vista website, there are 4 different RPM's listed for the 1940-D Washington Quarter. The copy available here matches up perfectly with RPM #4 D over D south. Not to mention that this is one of the lowest mintage issues in the entire Washington Quarter Series with only 2,797,600 copies produced at the Denver mint. Indeed a key date to the set. Original surfaces that have not been messed with. Grading is subjective. Please examine the attached photos to formulate your own opinion in regard to grade.
