1944 90% Silver Walking Liberty Dollar PCI MS60 - BU Uncirculated  PCI Green Border Holder

1944 Walking Liberty Half Dollar encapsulated in a highly collectible old Green Border PCI Holder which they graded as MS60. This coin  has a nice full cartwheel mint luster and no trace of wear at all. The coin does have a few bag marks and  would therefore keep it to the lower BU or Uncirculated grade range. I still don't see it going as low as 60 if it were sent to PCGS or NGC today as they very seldom use that grade any more. 

Regardless, this is a nice coin that shows no signs of harsh cleaning, and is devoid of any rim or surface damage or distractions.
