1944-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar with Hand Engraved Designer's Initials on Reverse. Extremely Fine 45 Grade with Original Surfaces. Lady Liberty's breast plate is full and complete. Some of the original mint luster is present, This tough-to-find variety is included in the Cherrypickers' Guide Fifth Edition Volume 2, indexed as FS-50-1944D-901, and can be found on page 277. Grading is subjective. Please examine the attached photos to formulate your own opinion in regard to grade.
