1946 P Walking Liberty Half special double die

I have several Walking Liberty in various grades and years and these are the nicest of the ones that were rolled. They were all labeled xf or better but had no certification paperwork that I am aware of. These were part of Dads personal and favorite in all the coins I have so some may have particular significance for one reason or another.

this was one of four that were individually wrapped apart from the 2 rolls. Its marked double die and I tried to capture the markings with my camera so please look and let me know if you have any insight. Thank you!
