 This listing is for a freshly graded, very frosty white, lustrous 1946-S 90% Silver San Francisco issue Roosevelt Dime graded by PCGS as PCGS MS66 FB. The FB stands for Full Bands which are the horizontal bands that encircle the torch on the reverse. PCGS is notoriusly tough on giving out the Full Bands designation. In order to qualify, all the horizontal lines must be complete and show no signs of weakness, nor have interruptions from bag marks, niscks, mint produced scratches, etc.
