i thought this may be the tripled die 005 but i see nothing in the inner ear or eye markers, except the eye marker for 001.
i think that is mint grease inside the 4 of 1947. i don't wash coins unless there is dirt stuck to the devices. this has gunk on several letters and you couldn't see the separation in the date. the dirt came off but the black spot in the 4 stayed so i left it that way.
