1953 D Lincoln Wheat Cent Rim Collar Break? Striking Errors Errors

I believe this to be a rim collar break. Obverse has half letters ring around entire face. Reverse shows same around half of coin. Found while roll searching. Almost like a shelf on obverse causing to look like double rims.
