1954 90% Silver Roosevelt Dime In A Rare INS Sample Slab Ungraded Coin

 This listing is for a 1954 BU Rooevelt Dime housed in a rarely see INS Sample Slab

This is the first and only sample slab I have seen from INS. I have had numerous over sized slabs from INS and Accugrade, but this is the very first sample slab I have come across. I cannot find any sales of these to even compare what it's value  could be.
