1960-1963 FRANKLIN PROOF HALF DOLLARS BLANCHARD GRADED

I have a nice set of FRANKLIN PROOF HALF DOLLARS from 1960-1963 in BLANCHARD holders. The coins were graded PF64 by this gold and silver bullion company. When it comes to graded coins, you should always buy the coin and not the coin holder grades. I do not believe the coins are that high of grade. However, I am not a coin grading expert. These are 90% silver coins. Please review the pics to judge the condition of the coins for yourself.
