This is a 1960-D Lincoln cent in Brilliant Uncirculated (MS63 or better) full red condition. It has a repunched mint mark (RPM) variety that is listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1960-D 1¢ WRPM-040. It is a D/D Southeast. It is illustrated by Wexler on his website as one of the "Best of the Memorial Cent RPMs." It is also listed in the CONECA RPM Files as RPM #49.
