I believe this came directly from a proof set because it is absolutely a DC-his bust and the bell are frosty [but you can judge for yourself]. This item is well priced because there is some kind of film on him from being in the proof set. I was never going to have it graded. So use it as a book filler or try to find a variety on it-the choice is yours. Still a really nice coin.
