For Sale is the 1962 PROOF Roosevelt Dime PCGS Graded at PR68. This high grade is a very Rare coin, and I don't see how it could not be FB as the bands are very visible all the way across the Torch. If this was graded as FB the value would be in the multiple hundreds of dollars, maybe it needs to get sent back in and re graded. You can even see the full bands in the photos and I usually have a hard time getting them to show up. Please see all the photos.
