It looks like the metal was to high so when it was pressed it caused the #4 to twist and it shows two lines of the bottom of the number and it twisted to the right of the number also notice how the number is lower than the rest of the numbers and notice how the date is not straight look at liberty then look at the date you can tell it is not straight. You can also see where the metal flowed down towards the mint mark covering it up some and also went towards Lincoln and formed a line against him.Obverse side you can tell the metal level is high down by the word CENT it starts to cover the letters and the metal level is up to the edge. This is a rare coin mistake so if you collect mistake coins this is a good one.
