1968 Enco Oil Company S. W. C. Tokens (Set of Eight)

In 1968 Enco Oil Company issue these tokens to their customer's at their Humble Gas Stations in Texas. The tokens are gold toned and are sealed in a cardboard holder. They are 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The obverse of the tokens depict the Mascot's of the eight teams of the Southwest Conference in 1968. Teams depicted are Rice, Baylor, Arkansas, Texas A&M, Texas, Texas Tech, T.C.U, and S.M.U. On the reverse of each respective team is their Football Schedule for the 1968 season. These tokens were in honor of the 35th anniversary of S.W.C. Broadcasts. THESE TOKENS APPEAR TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEYN WERE ON THE DAY THEY WERE HANDED OUT IN 1968.
