1970 S Washington Quarter Proof
The unique checker mark pattern on the obverse was on the coin in the proof set, I thought it was a finger print from packaging but its too uniform for a finger print. It almost looks like maybe a error in the cameo application process.
Coin is from a U.S. mint proof set and packed and shipped in an airtight capsule with a gasket to prevent damage.
