comparison to the CONECA makes me think this is an early die state and so the the notches are not as prominent as in the latter die stage pics shown on that site.
the doubling is strong, anyway.
The B in LIBERTY is bisected by what looks like a die scratch running from NW to SE.. It runs to the ear in two lines, then drops to one line and continues through the 2 of 1972 and onto the SE rim. check it out by zooming in on it.
