1973 P&D Kennedy half Dollars 2 coin set

1973 P&D Kennedy half dollars. 2 coin set still in mint cello.

Philly Half seems to have some sort of strike error. on both the reverse and obverse in the same spot ( R in liberty on obverse and AR in Dollar on reverse) the strike is noticeably weak and scuffed along the rim.

Maybe a tilted collar or strike thru error. its odd to have that pattern visible with out magnification on a sealed uncirculated coin. 

I will combine shipping on all coins and several will ship for the same price. I will always only charge what the actual shipping costs and refund any over payments if the invoice is paid without my review.
