this is obviously a DDO but the DDOs which are listed all have CCW spread and this one has it on the opposite, CW, side.
Check one of the sites and see the T in LIBERTY. There is no doubt of the doubling but it is on the opposite side as shown on CONECA and other sites. There is strong notching, though, so that would rule out plate doubling.
