1976 Federal Reserve Note with stamped seal

A great example of an earlier $2 FRN. This one has a read seal stamped with a date of April 24, 1976 and appears to have state initials of MA but I can not be certain. The clear plastic case is included. This note still feels new and off the press. There is an ever so slight horizontal crease and evidence of some minor vertical bends. No tears nor rips.
