it looks like a 1982 Zinc Cent. the last digit is hard to make out but it weighs in at 2.5 grams.
the reverse has die cracks coming off both lower corners of the memorial to the rim and seems to match DDR-002 on CONECA, except the spread on this coin is stronger to the north than the one shown there, especially E Pluribus Unum.
the crack on the west goes into the memorial about an eighth of an inch, then there is a tiny cud and the crack turn north and goes to the bottom of the three horizontal bars left of the steps.
