Item Description
This one has a lot of damage obverse side planchet has multiple strikes it has two large dents one on his face and the other up on the letter T.Alot of uneven metal flow look over behind Washington and you can see a large bump of metal that was because it was hit on the reverse side and it pushed the metal up so that means the metal was still soft when this occurred. Because the metal was so un even the edges got shaved off around the coin. Reverse side if you look by the edge by the word AMERICA you see a large bubble of metal that is where the strike that caused the bump on the other side look at the letter T in STATES and see how long it is.There is also two large dents down on the word QUARTER and of course all the shaving around the edge and how the metal is just folded over on the coin that means the metal was soft. This is a rare damaged coin for your collection.
