1988 p strike through staple

The staple pushed through the penny, all that remain are the arms pushed inside the copper.

It also looks like what appears to be the Lincoln formative years penny with Lincoln sitting on a log, struck somehow onto this coin. It actually looks like a 1988 minted on top of the 2009 formative years Penny, but how is that?
