1989-P Roosevelt Dime with Die & Collar Clashes

Offered here for the collector is a 1989-P Roosevelt Dime with a Die Clash and Collar Clash.

The obverse die this coin was struck with had previously clashed with a reverse die without a planchet (un-struck coin) between them. This left reverse design elements on it, as seen at Roosevelt's nose. This obverse die had also previously been misaligned and came into contact with the retaining collar. This left extra reeding in the gutter (die's edge). This shows on the coin as extra reeding in the middle of the rim. Both of these errors showed on all the coins this obverse die struck until it was replaced. If you'd like this double error coin for your collection, I'll send it out within one business day.
