1990 Silver Eagle $1 Bullion Coin---No Mint Mark

This is a 1990 American Silver Eagle with no mint mark.

It spent too much time in a PVC flip and the reverse is discolored. I'd love to call it toning but it's not. It's not a pretty reverse and it breaks my heart. The obverse is still beautiful, it's still silver, and it's pretty cheap.

The coin pictured is the actual coin. Please look carefully.
