1991 Silver Eagle $1 Bullion Coin---No Mint Mark

This is a 1991 American Silver Eagle with no mint mark.

It spent too much time in a PVC flip and is discolored on the obverse. I'd love to call it toning but it's not. It's just an ugly obverse and it breaks my heart. The reverse is still beautiful, it's still silver, and it's pretty cheap.
