This is the last coin of the original submission of ten (10) 1991 Small Date 1oz Silver Pandas which were submitted last November. I held this until this second sheet of 10 coins was submitted and they just came back a few days ago.

The new group of 10 are just back from Newport Beach, CA a couple days ago where 8 of the 10 graded PCGS MS69, and the other two managed to grade MS70. The population of MS70 had been 11 for the last several years. It is now 13.  For the MS70, PCGS Price Guide is $2400 (real world pricing is probably $1500-2000)

This coin is 1 of a 10 coin uncut sheet of 1991 Small Date Silver Pandas that were still uncut/unopened in their original government packaging. I had 2 full sheets of 10; the first sheet was submitted last year, October 2023 and all 10 coins graded MS69. This time, we had a little better fortune and actually received two back that graded 70. The 1991 Small Date 1oz Silver Panda population report in 70 had been 11 coins for at least the last 3 years, It is now 13. PCGS Price Guide is $2400. Real world values are [probably closer to $1500-1800. Anyway, those two coins are not available for sale, yet anyway. But, should someone be interested in making an offer I would find hard to f, feel free to send me a message. All 10 of these pandas are in consecutive cert numbers - the two 70s end in 91 and 95.
