1993 - Sam Boyds Sams Town Coin

These are about the size of a Kennedy Half Dollar. These were sold in the gift shop I worked at in Sams Town Laughlin NV back in 1993. Sam is now long dead, and Sam Town gone now for over a Decade from Laughlin NV.

Any scratches you see are on the casing not the coin. The coins are getting some natural toning though being silver and all. These coins were limited and he only sold them for a short period making under 100,000 coins of the .999 1/2oz silver from what I remember. So this coin here is actually less mintage then most US minted coins to never be made again. I worked there during the time you sure as hell did not ever want to get caught cheating or stealing! Back when Las Vegas and Laughlin were actually real casinos.
