Offered here for the collector is a 1996-P Washington Quarter with an Over-Polished Die Error.

In an effort to remove a Die Clash error, an over zealous mint employee traded one error for another. Extreme polishing marks can be seen at both sides of Washington's head, below his ear, and in the neck area. If you'd like it for your collection I'll send it out within one business day.
