1997 D - Jefferson Nickel

This was a weird coin that at first I thought being circulated was a scratched coin across a few letters. The more I looked at it it was not just a few letters. It was the entire coin front and back around the outside of the coin almost perfectly in the center of each letter that its scored like maybe being a rim punching through the letters when i put it under magnification . And the punching of the rim marks did not hit the flat surfaces of the coin. Obviously not man made yet a minting error. This coin also not only has this error, but another where it may be the D mint mark is double punched as well as a few other letters in the back, and the 7 in the date on the coin.
