1998 P Washington Quarter Improperly Annealed Planchette

Nice find for my son in his change, great example of Improperly Annealed Planchette from the Philly mint.  The coin is circulated and, as with all these type errors, it is hard to determine the condition due to the exceptional details in the striking.  Notice the fine details in the hair and strong facial features, wouldn't it be nice if all the quarters had this detail?
