Offered here for the collector is a 1999-P Lincoln Cent error coin.
While Lamination Errors are found most frequently in the older cents, they are also known to occur in all coins. They are caused by improperly prepared base metal which separates and "flakes". It can be seen on this cent along with some Linear Plating Bubbles. If you'd like it for your collection, I'll send it out within one business day.
