This is my second 1999 S Sliver Proof dime with full split bands and full deep torch lines. Nothing is on this dime. No scratches nothing! I had to buy a second one to get the higest grading for my set other then being graded. But I am sure if it were graded it would grade and easy PF70. Any scratches you see are only on the case not the coin.
