Payment:

• Payment is due within 24 hours after buyer agrees to purchase the item.

Shipping:

• Some items may require a signature upon receipt by the buyer, depending on the amount that has been purchased.
• We do not ship to any countries or addresses outside the United States.
• We only ship to the address provided in your PayPal account. We do not ship to third parties or drop ship. We also do will not alter any PayPal address at the buyers request.
• Items purchased on or the day before a Federal holiday will not be shipped until after the holiday.
• Once we have processed your order and have delivered it to the post office for shipping, we have no further control over the post office delivery procedures or delivery times. If you have any questions about your package, please contact your local post office.

• All items we list qualify for combined shipping, provided that the purchase is made using the shopping cart provided on the USA Coin Book website, and is paid one the same invoice. Items that are paid for on separate invoices/transactions do not qualify for combined shipping, and will be treated as separate transactions.
• Items that are purchased from our other USA Coin Book store do not qualify for combined shipping with other transactions for this store.
• Combined shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.
• Shipping costs are not negotiable and are as stated in the listing. We will not make any shipping discounts or refunds for shipping costs.
