I don't do quarters! Other than washington silver and prior. These state quarters have way too much to look for. But this one was gifted to me many years ago. I just pulled it out of the box and realized it will sit here forever unless I auction it up and let it live in someone elses error collection.

p.s. this LOOKS like a missing clad layer to me. I am not a grader-what you see is what you get. I can tell you however that I tested it the normal way I test coins [fakes from other dealers as far as colors are concerned] and nothing came off the coin. My testing should have made the coin look "normal". It didn't. Nothing changed-so im 99% certain it's a clad layer error.
