This is a 2009 D Lincoln Bicentennial Cent -Professional Life Illinois- from a US Mint Uncirculated Set.

These satin–finish coins, found in uncirculated mint sets, were struck on special presses using greater force than circulating coins. The metallic content is 95% copper, identical content of the original one–cent coins issued in 1909.  These pennies weigh approximately 3.11 grams vice the 2.5 grams of the circulating zinc coins.
