There are only 3844 other Quarters with MS69 Prooflike First Strike Moy hand signed by PCGS and none graded higher. It is a First Strike coin which means it was one of the first coins sold by the mint. Even if you found a similar uncertified coin now, you could not get the First Strike label. Holder is hand signed by Edmund Moy who was recently awarded One of the Most Influential People in Numismatics.
