2012 S Chaco Culture National Historical Park Washington Quarters

Has light cotton marks that can be seen under magnification only. Not sure if they are scratches or just marks. With bare eyes you cannot see them unless you are looking hard for them. Sadly a camera picks them up with it being magnified. No marks on reverse side of coin that I can see. So this coin will be placed as an about grading of PF68-69 This coin will not remain in my high grading set. No matter this coin is a lower mintage in the ATB sets and will go up in value quickly within a few years.
