Item Description
Each of the coins in this elegant two-coin set has special features. The proof coin features a reverse proof finish which provides magnificent contrast. The uncirculated coin features enhancements that are unusual for an uncirculated coin. On the obverse, the mountains, the red stripes and blue parts of the flag, the year and the Liberty's sandals have and uncirculated finish. The remaining elements and lettering on the obverse have the heavy frosted finish. On the reverse coin, the ribbon in the eagle's beak the arrows and olive branch, the alternating stripes in the shield and the shield border have an uncirculated finish. The lettering and all other elements have the heavy frosted finish. The fields on both sides have the new light frosted finish. Minted at the West Point mint and include all certificates and original packaging.
